New Yorker of The Week: HAC Founder Sam Pierre

Our New Yorker of the week is a young Haitian-American who goes beyond his role as the director of African American and Caribbean affairs for the mayor's office. Sam Pierre co-founded a community Program that fulfills the passion he has for people of Haitian descent. Stephon Dingle tells us his story.
